Upgraded and new setup by Matt Bulluss (SaltMine Repair ).
Upgrade are : new Fender pots and harness
                     new Sadowsky pickups(Vintage single coil)  and new string 
 
PS: When the previous owner refinish LPB, they fill all the pickguard holes (for screws). The pickguard attached now using double sided sticky tape. So if you want to installed the pickguard properly, you need to drill some holes.
